i know this place,

amongst the concrete jungle of melbourne's cbd. a place that has a honey garden on its roof,  a place that grows it's own herbs and selection of vegetables. a certain place with a well-known courtyard which is occupied by an 150 year old heritage listed coral tree. a place where you can find reasonably priced tasty food, a place where you can feel warm and cozy on a cold winters day yet still feel like you're sitting outside watching people pass by on there way to and from work.
