i'm hungry

Fitzroy and Collingwood I'd say are my favourite suburbs at the moment for places to catch up and hang out with my friends. Brunswick street and Smith street run parallel to each other, and are filled with great places to eat and even shop.

Last night we went to PekoPeko, which translates to ' i'm hungry' in Japanese. I've been told this is what a little child would say when they're in fact hungry, ( so cute.) We've been here a couple of times and the food has been incredible each time. You can bet that we didn't leave any food in our bowls, as it was just delicious.

I had the 'Yasai-itamedon $14', my friends had; ' Sakedon $22', 'Currydon $14', 'Veg Gyoza $8' and 'Okonomiyaki $9'. As you can see all quite reasonably priced.

The temperature was around 23 degrees last night, a great change from previous nights that we've been out. I'm so used to having to rug up and wear layer over layer, it felt nice to be able to wear lighter clothing and be able to walk along the street after dinner without feeling cold. Can't wait for summer-time :)

With love
